We are a dynamic and Integrated team comprising Osteopaths, Physiotherapists, Acupuncturists, Podiatrist/Foot Surgeon and Wellbeing Therapists. "Combining therapies and sharing skills for more effective care".
Specialising in a range of musculoskeletal conditions, Sports Injuries, Rehabilitation and Pain Management. We also work with a range of companies and industries in Occupational health and Return to Work Strategies
Jo leads the Wellbeing and Skincare side of the clinic and specialises in a range of bespoke body and facial treatments.
The clinic is open Monday to Saturday. Appointments are available on 01284 84 78 84. We have plenty of free parking outside the clinic. We accept most Debit/credit cards, cash/cheque and BACS payments. We are covered by all major insurance providers including BUPA, AXA, AVIVA & Simplyhealth

I visited the Abbeyfields Clinic to see osteopath Joe Rudland for help with the mechanics of my gait. Joe came highly recommended by my podiatrist Julie Llewelyn. Joe listened attentively and patiently to my concerns, asked pertinent questions and then, over the course of several visits, Joe put together a series of exercises to strengthen weakened and under-developed muscles.  He was always happy to clearly explain many aspects and theories of osteopathy and answer my many questions, and I learned a lot from him.  Joe is clearly knowledgeable and experienced, and was adaptable to my gradually changing problem.  He is also very friendly and affable, and I strongly recommend his skills and services.

I went to The Abbeyfields Clinic to have my running technique scrutinised, due to recurring shin splints.  Annie identified the problem immediately and gave me some excellent tips, which have made a real difference already.  If you are into running, this is the place to go!  Professional, knowledgeable and helpful - thank you.

Great place if you are in pain and would like a non medicated solution. Ruth was my provider and she was the best. This place is very flexible with appointments and understood my needs.

I first visited Jo Woledge at Abbeyfields, having seen an article about the business in EADT.   I am SO glad I took that first step!  Jo is utterly professional, and makes you feel completely at ease.   She is incredibly knowledgeable and inspires confidence, not just in her obvious abilities, but she really does care about YOU as an individual.  I originally visited Jo for electrolysis, and now visit regularly incorporating other treatments such as skin peels, microdermabrasion, eyebrow tints.....I  wouldn’t consider going anywhere else. Jo has been an absolute inspiration to me, and has given me so much encouragement and support to make changes in other areas too!  She is a mine of information!  I can’t recommend her highly enough.

Excellent care with multidisciplinary approach and well equipped treatment rooms. I go regularly for a sports massage to keep injuries at bay and they were fantastic in my rehabilitation following back surgery last year.
