My wife and I are relative newcomers to the area. I have been impressed by the friendliness and efficiency of the surgery. The clinical interventions have been excellent and the reception staff have been helpful and understanding. A first rate Practice.

All our family can't express how good it is to have Mount Farm as our local practice. We have always been treated promptly and efficiently with kindness and no sense of hurry even when the staff must be stressed or tired with such a workload. Many thanks to you all.

Shocking, they were ordering all my meds, and delivering them, the moment I called to say I don't need all of my different prescriptions every month, I was told I had to order them, ( which is fine) then things started going strange, they sat on a monthly prescriptions order for four days, my wife is standing at the counter collecting some other meds for me and instead of filling the prescriptions they put them back on the system for Sainsburys to fill! My wife is standing right there!!!! This is due to the fact that I've now asked sainsburys to get the Electronic prescriptions 4 days after Croasdales had been issued them!!!!! ( this makes me leave the house and get out) we as patients get blamed for over ordering and wasting medication costing the country millions when really its chemist like this who want to re-order all or nothing! 8 days it's taken to sort out 8days!!! Sainsburys / lloyds chemist always ask you to tick which medications you need for next time,
