Absolutely first class hospital.  Each and every staff member a delight and they truly work together as an amazing team.  I had a hip replacement and can honestly say I enjoyed almost! the whole experience.  My consultant surgeon Mr Dunn is incredible.  The whole team put me completely at ease and made me feel safe and comfortable at all times.  I went to a hip replacement question and answer session the night before my pre-op which was very useful indeed and it made a difference to already have met the lovely Alice who was also on the operating team.  Thank you so much everyone Bev, Claire, Robert - can't remember everyone's names but you are all delightful! - can't recommend highly enough.  Oh and mustn't forget the food is absolutely top notch too!

I underwent a right hip replacement last week.  The whole process from the initial consultation with Mr Wronka to returning home was very well excellent.  All the staff were very professional and reassuring and gave me complete confidence that my procedure was in excellent hands.  The staff were very friendly and took time to explain what was happening and the reason for the actions being taken.  The accommodation and catering were excellent.  I cannot recommend them highly enough.

The care I received during my time at St Edmunds Hospital was truly exceptional. Every member of staff I encountered that day was professional, compassionate, and attentive. From the moment I arrived, I felt reassured and well looked after. The medical team took the time to explain each step of the process clearly, and their kindness made a real difference to my experience. I’m incredibly grateful for the dedication and warmth shown by everyone involved in my care.

This was by far the best hospital experience I've ever had. My only negative experience at all was when my pre-op appointment was cancelled, but they did try to let me know in time. All of my interactions with staff were really lovely, from Anabel the porter, the catering staff, Isabel the Physio, all the doctors and nurses including Mr Shakokani. The nurse who helped me after my surgery made a horrible night bearable and brought a piece of my California home at a time when I really needed it. Khadijah is my guardian angel. I couldn't have done it without her.

Firstly the staff were a delight the names I remember were Heidi and Andrea physio the others were wonderful too but can’t remember the names! My Room was very comfortable and light and had everything to hand. I felt very well looked after from start to finish and would certainly recommend the hospital to everyone.nThank you John Judson
