I saw Paige, she was so kind and made sure I felt safe and in control at all times. No judgement about anything and was very professional. Thank you.

Called up today to get an appointment and get told they could do Monday at 1, I said I have work most days so could 4 pm be any good, the lady was rude and acted like she didn’t even want to help me, if your unhappy in your job then leave… don’t sit and be rude to people that make your business run. The lady seems so stuck up and just was no help what so ever, honestly it’s rude and just not ok.

I had my contraceptive implant removed. Theresa performed the procedure who was really lovely. She took time to explain the procedure and answered all my questions. Everyone was friendly and kind, great covid procedures too.

Can never get through on the phone. Been on hold today nearly an hour. Changed all the clinic times and walk-ins making it hard for people who work long days to be able to get to a walk-in session or make an appointment,  even though the nurses have told you to make one. Staff and nurses all seem happy though and ready to help though.

Had my contraceptive implant replaced today. In and out, literally. I think I had Teresa who was brilliant and put my mind at ease I'm not good with needles. Relaxed, friendly - just what you need during todays times.

Have phone for 3 weeks and was told that need to phone back the next day , phoned the next day when phone lines were open to then be told they can't book an appointment because the booking system is down told to phone back the next week , did that told no appointments still have not got an appointment absolute night mare

Been there twice now and all staff have been excellent! People are very quick to bash the NHS and it’s services but I can honestly say I have had a great experience! Staff are friendly and helpful. Always on time and the centre it self is very clean and inviting

Horrible experience with the Osteopath , staff is rude, asking invasive and inappropriate questions, discriminating over mask- exempt people. Apparently they aren't  aware of the Disability Act and how they are breaking the law. Won't raccomand this place.

been there twice, both times closed, been calling but that doesnt work either, just keeps saying system cant process my call, not going to bother any more. Will just have to hope i am not infecting people each weekend i go clubbing.  Good luck in stopping people getting infected, i can see that it must be very difficult now that you make it incredibly difficult for people to get seen, i still not been able to get to you

The phone part was an absolute nightmare but once I got through it was very good. Very friendly and welcoming staff!
