Buried in the back of the shop you'll find Nourish. A great little discovery. Especially if you want to take the weight off your feet and enjoy something really healthy to eat or drink. 

Meals with really good flavours and items with locally sourced ingredients and homemade too. Try the granola, it's yummy. 

If you want to grab a massage, have a really revitalising smoothie or a fab lunch (vegans, vegetarian too) and also be able to get some great organic treatments. THIS IS the place

I like this Neals Yard.  They have a nice big selection of dried herbs.

They also have a huge selection of essential oils.
