Really nice sirloin steak with blue cheese sauce. The steak was perfect, medium rare. They switched out my chips with sweet potato fries (at my request) that were hot and crispy! Only thing it was missing was a decent sized portion of salad veg on the side. Otherwise, lovely Sunday lunch.

Friendly helpful staff. A lot of my friends who were with me commented that the food was of good quality. We had a very pleasant evening.

Quirky bar with great food. Lots of entertainment including Thursday night comedy night and a chance for budding chefs to take over the kitchen on Friday nights. Excellent pub that offers a lot more than most.

Good range of beer and cider on tap. Friendly atmosphere and helpful staff. Not the cheapest food, but an awesome menu and good quality. Try the filthy chips - outstanding!

Great atmosphere and perfect pint of hand pulled bitter... as with their other pubs the Fat Pug and Apehangers the staff and quality of service with a smile is a big must have...
