Very nice looking pub, can't say much more than that as we just got there and they were just in the middle of clearing up as they closed early on a Sunday afternoon. But i must say that the   land lady let us have a half each while they finished clearing up fair play on them.

Never been to this pub before , was a Mother's Day treat from my son and daughter.  The food was delicious , staff friendly and accommodating . The decor and   ambience of the Royal Oak lovely.

Not the cheapest Sunday roast but definitely the best. Highly recommend.

Good pub, nice ales, not bad Sunday roasts. I recommend the crumble. Delicious!

Great out of the way pub, great food & beer including cider, cosy atmosphere, really friendly staff, decor and presentation excellent not cheap but well worth the money, all pluses worth 6 stars
