Story

The fresh fish that you are eating from Stargazy arrived with us this morning, lovingly transported from the Cornish fish markets by New Wave Seafood.

New Wave has a firm policy to buy seafood from well-managed, sustainable sources in order to protect our oceans for the future. They are committed to protecting the marine environment and wherever possible buy fish that are line-caught by small dayboats to minimize the impact on the marine environment.

Our batter is made from a special recipe using a blend of Shipton Mill flours and Cotswold Brewing Company Premium Lager.

The chips are made from Maris Piper potatoes and are cooked twice to make them crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside.
