Went for a meal with work the food is fantastic and the staff are very friendly.

How ever took drinks orders entirely separately and individually from meal order which meant paying for drinks before food had arrived and lots of confusion over who was drinking what and very very long waits.

Was a good night out regardless but bare in mind if you going as a group ever agree amongst your self to pay equally splitting the bill or ask them to split the bills per table or something .

So we had food delivered and can honestly say it was inedible. I'm not even a fussy eater but as soon as I looked at the dish I knew something wasn't right. I ordered a Beef Panang Curry, it was a third full, the meat was an off grey, it smelled weird, and funnily enough there was barely any curry sauce.. just a bunch of odd looking meat that smelled really weird covered in oil. I really don't think think it was even beef because of how it smelled....and I won't get started on the taste.

I've eaten some bad food in my time, but still managed to eat it if I'm hungry like I was when I ordered this..

I have been going to this restaurant for a few years and its my absolute  favourite. I tried all the other Thai restaurants I could find in he surrounding area but The Royal Elepahnt was the best by far. Food is great, reasonably priced and the staff are friendly . The Tom Yum soup is so good :)
