Wish I had taken a photo of today’s kebab from Istanbul but I started eating and it was just too late! I had a mixed - chicken shish skewer plus a lamb kofte skewer. Both were cooked perfectly, and neatly packed as always with no spillages. The salad was fresh and I had chilli sauce with mine and a separate pot of garlic sauce. We have been ordering from these guys for over five years and they have always been really good, quick to deliver, polite and have always got the order right. Keep up the great work guys and I will definitely have this combination again.

These guys have been around for nearly 15 years now. I’m surprised to read the 1-2 grumbling reviews here; people tend to write things online these days when they have something to complain about. How would they have continued to run this place for so long if they weren’t good at what they do? The food is amazing and I love the staff, I’d totally recommend it to anyone who wants to try delicious authentic food!

I would give 5 stars as food is really good, looks fresh and is cooked quickly, but they should improve their customer communication as I had to repeat few times my order. I would recommend it!

The food is very nice but The customer service is absolutely terrible. I asked the two chicken kebabs but they gave me two donna kebabs. So we call them up and we said that was a mistake with the order and on the phone they were being so rude and hung up on as many times and they said if we don't stop calling we couldn't get the food that we payed for. And we are now still wating for are food after two hours of ringing them up and the rudeness off the staff while we were on the phone to them. I to make this complaint as we have just had enough will wating for the food and the right order.
