Our food turned up 45 minutes late (and that was with an estimated delivery time of an hour!) and only half of the dishes were what we ordered. Even more annoyingly it was impossible to contact them on the phone as the number just went through to a full inbox. First and last time we'll be ordering from here, sadly.

How happy am I that Potters Bar now has a top notch Chinese Take Away! Food, service and delivery speed are great, we've used them several times now. Long may it continue :D

Absolutely excellent. It's nice to enjoy such flavourings. Will definitely be reordering and unlikely to use any other take away in Potters Bar. First class.

Where do I start? Ordered on the new online site of theirs, the ordering process was relatively easy the adding products was easy but quite frustrating that I had to click another box to just add it to the basket. Payment was nice and simple and accepted Paypal great. Got conformation of my order 25 mins it said oh how I love fast food. I sit back got some plates and awaited my feast....wait is certainly what I did 55 mins later still no food, I decided to make a call to chase it up. Struggling not to eat my arm as I raised the phone to my ear. I was met by some of the rudest people I have spoken to who offered no apology for the lateness of the food and proceeded to tell me its on its way. So after it arrived, over double the time it was quoted to arrive I was hoping for it to be lovely cooked a dinner fit for kings after the time it too to cook. How disappointed was I, after unpacking we found over half the dishes to be near on stone cold whilst some of them piping hot. It became clear it was late due to them obviously forgetting to cook some dishes. The food itself was an interesting experience, No matter what dish we ate be it chicken beef or pork it all tasted the same and was coated with and had a clear liquid running out of it. The grilled dumplings were far from grilled they was soggy and after biting into them had the same clear oily liquid run out of them. The prawn toast another one of my favourite dishes ruined! the bread was so over cooked and coated with oil it was like eating a piece of deep fried cardboard, I struggled to find any prawn on top of it either. I could go on about every dish we had but Im sure you have already made up your mind about eating here. and to top it off the bottle of wine we requested was white however a bottle of red turned up! A complete waste of money, awful food wouldn't recommend it ever! not even when drunk and definatly reheated in the morning
