The staff are very rude you could almost make a sitcom out of it! Quality of food and accuracy of orders has also gone downhill. Perhaps they're under new management or something. Oh well - back to Regency.Food: 2/5
Only had a tenner cash - asked for their suggestion for food which understandably is a big ask. I got a delicious sweet and sour main as well as a fried rice for just under ten pounds. The food was amazing, service was amazing for accepting my request, and last of all I spent no more than 5 minutes waiting for my food. Good £10 well spent.
The food was decent, as you’d expect with a takeaway but the driver was absolutely rude and yelled at us which ruins the whole experience.Food: 4/5
First time ordering from here tonight, the food is piping hot, I've tried a few Chinese in potters bar and have to say this is the best. Portion sizes are good and the taste. Delivery person and perapn on the phone was very friendly and easy to communicate with. Only downside is that we had to spend over £30 for free prawn crackers. The fact that I haven't even finished eating and I've put this up, says it all. Thank you New China City.

For the balance of price vs flavour, I think this place is the best Chinese place in Potters Bar? Sometimes the food can be a tad salty but overall I’ve never been unhappy with what I’ve had delivered and the orders are always precise— no missing items ever which seems like a minor miracle. Only downside is that they only take cash. I LOVE the chilli chips here, they’re my favourite chips ever. Also the little grandma who delivered the food last time was so cute I always see her in the kitchen if I go for collection!

Recently came back from Canada and glad I did,easy the best Chinese takeaway in Potters bar,the food is beautiful,the owners are lovely friendly people,always a pleasure and the only takeaway for me and my family,if your looking for an excellent Chinese takeaway with good prices the you will not be disappointed at this place 10/10 from me.
Lovely take away and lovely friendly people. The food was hot when it was delivered, correct order and very tasty. Have used New China City before and the food has always been very good at very reasonable prices.
