Absolutely disgusted with the state of the restaurant. Greeted by a staff member who also works in the neighbouring shisha lounge so was dressed like she worked in a strip club. We were sat at the back of the restaurant which was full of assorted rubbish like a car boot sale. Smoke from the shisha lounge filled the restaurant and we tried to move tables but it was no better - so strong it was making my daughter cough. The walls were literally falling apart. Tiles and plaster falling onto the tables, blinds half hanging off, cables hanging out the ceiling, holes everywhere, seats torn. The place was grotty, completely disgusting, and the food that was coming out looked dreadful. We left and went elsewhere. Never again! Only gave 1 star because it wouldn’t allow 0 stars.
The pancakes they served me were actually very nice and I can't complain about that but unfortunately the rest of the service wasn't up to standard.nnTo start it really didn't feel like a American diner.the design was very similar to the neighbouring shisha lounge, the staff even had PSG lounge uniform.dispite the server being pretty nice the food took ages to come although we were the people there at the time.my brothers black coffee top 20 minutes alone and my pancakes took roughly 45 minutes which disappointed me.nnOverall the idea works great and the food isn't bad at all. The pricing is also pretty decent.but there needs to be an improvement in service, atmosphere and staff if they want people coming back again.So in conclusion my overall rating would be a 3/5
Potty’s Diner – Loved it!nnHonestly, I wasn’t expecting to enjoy this place as much as I did, but wow—it totally delivered. The whole vibe is like stepping into an old-school American movie. Vinyls on the ceiling, red booths, classic tunes playing in the background… it’s got such a cool, nostalgic feel.nnThe burger I had was amazing—juicy, full of flavour, with crispy bacon and all the good stuff packed into a soft, toasted bun. And the chunky fries? Proper golden and crispy. Just how they should be.nnI saw someone get pancakes and one of their gelato ice creams and now I have to come back with my family to try those—looked so good!nnThe staff were super friendly and made the whole experience even better. Service with a smile and super helpful.nnThere’s a big parking area outside so no stress there, and loads of space inside, even if you’re coming with a bigger group or with kids.nnIf you’re into good food and chilled vibes, definitely give this place a go. I’ll be back for sure!
Disgusting, unsafe, and completely unacceptable – avoid at all costs.nnWe went today and it was genuinely one of the worst food experiences we have ever had. Every item we were served was inedible. The pancakes were cold, rock hard, and clearly not fresh. The fruit was old and mouldy. The bacon was so overcooked it was solid, and the eggs were dry and tough like cardboard. None of it was edible.nnWhat made it even more shocking was seeing a cat running around the kitchen area. This is a serious hygiene issue and completely unacceptable in any food establishment. On top of that, the entire place stank strongly of smoke, which was overwhelming and unpleasant.nnWhen we raised concerns about the food being completely inedible, the waitress was rude, dismissive, and uninterested. Despite the food being untouched, she refused to offer any money off or attempt to resolve the situation at all.nnSince eating here, all of us have felt unwell with stomach issues. This experience has left us shocked that this place is allowed to operate.nnDo not waste your money. Do not risk your health. DO NOT GO.
A friend and I went for desert there, following a meal from somewhere. We've past it a few times and wanted to give it a go for ages.nThe portion size was really big we couldn't finish it all but only because we'd already eaten but it was absolutely delicious!nThe waffles were sooooo soft and tasty.nWill definitely go back but next time not eat before hand
