Been a regular customer of Pizza GoGo for a while but today will be my last order... I order the same two pizzas everytime... Not only has the price increased by 20%, they no longer give sauces as standard and tonight the manager tried to argue with me that my American Hot was thin crust, when I'm looking at it right now and it's deep pan... Customer service is now more important than ever, especially towards loyal customers and disappointed by the fact that they couldn't care less... Perhaps potential future customers will care about this review...
Order food from here to, had to call the store after an hour to find out we're the food was, was told another 20 minutes or so, then 15 minutes later the food arrived, then had to call the store again half the stuff was missing, no apology or anything. To be honest the food didn't taste great ever. Such poor service and very bad customer service, £35 wasted.
I am leaving 5 stars as I have been using pizza gogo since they opened in Potters bar, never had a problem always perfect. But unfortunately tonight think they only showed the oven my pizza. I had to put it in the oven to cook further and was not cooked. My chicken could of done with done sauce on it again was just shown the bottle of sauce. I'm sure this is a one off. But very disappointing.
If you want a good pizza at a reasonable price, then Pizza Go Go is the Go to place.
Yesterday I ordered 2 pizzas: 1 spicy vegetarian also 1 garlic sizzler both deep pan. After 2 slices me and my colleague felt some stomach pain,then after one hr we had very bad diarrhea also very bad cramps. Very disappointed.
The best pizza in Potters Bar, they are our go to every time we fancy a takeaway. You can tell the ingredients are fresh and most important you dont get a pizza with way too much oil. Service is also always 5 star and delivery is usually early which is convenient. I cant think of any faults.
Fantastic service, right away when I came in they we’re welcoming. They gave me exactly what I ordered and they were right on time with the pizza.The taste of the pizza is indescribably delicious, everything was made perfect. All of the workers were super nice, they were definitely good at communicating with their customers with respect. This is definitely the best pizza spot in Potters bar.
Best pizza in Potters bar and great valueif you collect, of course. The kids love their curly fries and the dips are not bad. If you have a big group of friends turn up and you don't want to cook, get yourself down here. The parking is not too bad and they are quick as well.
Amazing service and fresh pizzas every time I order from here. Very rarely they make a mistake with the toppings but its easier to ask them what I want in person than over the phone, probably where the miscommunication happens. Also they have the cheapest pizza in town with a lot of side offers and deals some are worth looking it. My favourite pizza for recommendation is the garlic sizzler.
Best pizza around and the staff are amazing. 5 stars all day long
