Does its best, but in dire need of a refurb inside. Very much a locals pub and without their support, this pub would struggle to survive. Has its own certain charm, if you visit on the right day.
A lovely locals pub. Old school interior and a relaxed vibe in the early afternoon. Very personable staff. Some seats overlooking the adjacent church. Unfortunately, a relatively limited selection of ales and only a few mainstream lagers available, so not ideal for the hobbyist drinker.
I only walked past. but in the past when I went it was a good night good music

Popular city centre pub with lots of character. Very close to the city centre and Nottingham Castle. Popular with locals.
Its typical that's struggled to stay open ,bless them for doing what it needs to stay open.
Good Customer service
