Really enjoyed our stay here. Clean, well appointed rooms. Honesty box with crisps, bottled water & chocolate was perfect when we got in late and all the takeaways were shut. A very warm welcome when we arrived. Amazing range of beers at the bar and locals very friendly. Thoroughly recommendRooms: 5/5
Service was great and helpful. Reception is not 24 hours but check in and check out was simple. There are quite a lot of stairs and no lift, which was difficult. The receptionist went around the corner to the butcher shop to find someone to help my bags, which was so sweet of her. The rooms were cozy and the beds were comfortable The only thing is that the chair in the room was extremely filthy and disgusting. It grossed me out. There were pieces of food on it and it clearly hadn't been cleaned in who knows how long.
I didn't stay at the motel so I'm only reviewing the bar. This is a place you should visit if you're a true beer lover! They have a great selection of craft, local and continental beers, the staff have great knowledge of beers and local brewers. Rye has the other famous micropub, but I feel the bar at the Regent deserves more attention as it's truly a hidden gem. I would heartily recommend a visit

Very good location to explore rye and close to the train and bus station is handy. Clean room and daily housekeeping. Only thing to complain about is the early morning noise of their washing and kitchen into the adjoining room which we were in Beach themed roomRooms: 4/5
We stayed here as most of the hotels in Rye were already booked or very expensive. It turned out as a good place to stay, especially if you do not have a high budget for your travel. The rooms are modern and clean. Very friendly and helpful staff. The locating is close the train station and just a few minutes walk into the charming old part of Rye.
Cute little Motel with comfy beds. The duvet does make sleeping a little warm in summer but nothing that can't be dealt with. The showers are hot but the pressure is weak. Motel is not manned 24/7 but there is a phone you can use to dial for assistance The staff are really friendly and helpful.
This is the 3rd time we've stayed here. The house is very comfortable and clean. The new bathroom is excellent and the redecorated bedrooms are lovely. Would definitely recommend it .
Nice hotel at affordable prices. Close to all main shops and restaurants in rye. Room was very clean & tidy and very friendly staff. Even has allocated parking. Would reccomend and stay here again.
This Motel is top notch. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The location is amazing and also is very quiet. Super happy with the place.
