Not a very good experience today. Waited 10 minutes for assistant to get the item wanted, then 10 more minutes to wait to pay. Staff couldn’t walk any slower if they tried, couldn’t break a smile and the shop wasn’t even busy. 1 person on the till, multiple staff walking around looking busy but not actually doing anything. When asked for help reply was ‘no sorry I can’t.’ No explanation as to why! Assistant couldn’t carry more than 1 box of shoes at a time. Customer Service course needed all round I think.
Shoes over priced can go to footlocker and get the same ones for £20 to £30 pounds cheaper
Scammers attendants, they sell faulted item without inform the costumers when they clearly know about the damage
BEWARE they employ young people and don’t pay there wages in this day and age HOW are they getting away with this! If you shop here you should be aware how they treat there staff any other company would of been in the papers 2 months and no wages disgusting!!
Ordered some adidas trainers which came quickly enough. However they looked like a previous returned pair as various marks over them. Asked for partial refund which was refused. After a week of wearing them they offered me a free return. I replied to this to say I wanted to keep them but didn't want the hassle of returning yet no response and no partial refund. They cost me £75 too. Absolutely awful customer service. Won't be using JD again on principle alone.
The shop is kept clean but often no one is at the till so you wait for just as long when it's empty as if it where busy. Have had staff forget several occasions that they where supposed to be helping me which has resulted in waiting an hour for a pair of trainers. Unless it's JD specific, do yourself a favour and go somewhere else.
Unhelpful rude don't shop at this shop
Awful. Sold my daughter trainers that where obviously damaged. Even the box they came in was dented with a hole in it. Manager said we could order another pair but would have pay £6 for delivery. Awful attitude. No apology. Should have ordered another pair with free delivery. Manager really should get some lessons in customer care
Awful company. Only received part of my order, rather than sending the order or a refund they want to carry out an investigation which can take up to 10 days this close to xmas. They are stalling judging by their recent reviews
Absolute horrendous service. A pair of trainers exclusive to JD ordered on the 2nd of November, delivery date due 7th of November which was fine as they were for someone's birthday on the 15th. No show on the 7th, 8th, or 9th November. I received an email saying apologies its on the way. 10th of November, no show, 11th of November, no show, but an email saying its on the way!! 23rd of November no email or correspondence since the 11th November. I emailed as the birthday has now gone, and got back sorry we will look into it. Not good enough, and I told them so. Tonight the 25th November another email saying sorry. I've said sorry isn't good enough, refund me and keep your trainers. JD, you're an appealing company and I vow to never use you again!!!
