Came to buy some panda gravel priced at £5.99 per bag or 3 for £15. None of the bags were sealed and most had half of the bag missing. Really lovely store assistant said they’d probably be glad to get rid of it at a discount and they’ll ask at till for me. A guy comes over and says he spoke to management and they’d only do 25% off and not including the 3 for £15 promo. Technically making it more expensive than it would be with any deal and FULL SEALED bags. £4.49 a bag for half filled gravel - what a joke. To quote the guy “I could probably go out there and fill the bags up meself”, alright go on then it’s currently -1°c I’d like to see you do that. Merry Christmas to you too!
To much stuff on floors if your a wheel chair user you would have difficulty getting down some isle. I managed to find what i wonted even though nothing had prices on had to ask prices on till. Was told by the cashier they are very short staffed thats why the shop is in a mess, i only asked the price so i think she was a bit stressed out with it all her self
A cancelled item took more than two weeks still never refund to my account, if you call and choose 4 for others enquiry then it will be cut automatically Besides CS staff email me and advise to wait for 5-7 working days from 11 Nov, today they said it was proceeded no further action too, however my bank say no such transaction, would anyone give me suggestion for next step please. I will never shop with them !
Fantastic customer service from Marcell. The christmas tree I went to buy was out of stock, and Marcell boxed the one that was on display and carried the tree to my car. It felt like nothing was too much trouble on what was a busy Saturday. Best customer service I've experienced in a long time.
Tattered but good selection! The range has a wide selection of goods from house hold goods to pet toys and food. Definitely recommended if you’re looking for a good bargain. However the store could definitely do with a facelift!
A couple of prices missing here and there. Quite big place and great range of products. Still, I couldn't find exactly what I was looking for. But there are lots of alternatives.
Bought 3x breakfast stools April 2022 and they started falling apart after 2 months of use. We've been trying to contact The Range ever since to replace or refund as they weren't cheap but no response. Two stools have completely broke and won't be long until the last one to follow. Would never buy from here again.
The range is not as good as it used to be, big store but just not enough choice of electrical items. Plus the whole area is mega busy on a Saturday, not a good shopping experience for us.
Garden centre very small, from the outside of the building they advertise garden centre! But of a joke, I would say, not worth the visit for the so called Garden centre. I find this store expensive.
Went to store to get net cutting table told lady my size of window and needed extra metres for gathering she really didn't understand how to measure , had to show with a ruler then cut with a pair of scissors looks all gagged
