Not the best M&S store. Poor layout, not helped by pillars everywhere, making it hard to look across the store and find what you want. Painfully slow lift.

This store is DULL. It hasn't changed in years and hasn't kept up with the times. Therefore I don't even bother to look at the clothes. The store has no atmosphere and no dynamics. Forget your focus groups Marks and Spencer's. Get into the high street and ask people why they don't bother to visit your store. Get a decent modern store designer for the stores. Come speak to ME the customer you never had.
