Huge security breach - I went in to buy something on my Argos Card and the lady (Tracey) didn’t even check my signature or any kind of security questions once! Anybody could have picked up my card off the street if lost and just put a £339 iPad on it. Absolutely appalling. Clearly states on the back ‘Authorised Signature - Not Valid Unless Signed’ so would expect this to be checked. Otherwise decent service but long wait times in this branch.

Terrible experience! These guys actually refused to get a Samsung watch out of the display for me to look at it (couldn't decide between the Classic or Sports ones), starting that 'some people may run away with it'... Considering I've bough the S6, S7 edge, and Samsung Gear VR and was willing to give them my debit card to hold, I was quite shocked and very offended too! Drove over to the Bristol Cribbs Causeway/mall branch instead and they were happy to pass me a watch to look at, which meant I could decide between the classic & sport... So I bought the classic from them instead. Won't be going back to this branch again.
