I adore this little pub. The staff are ace, they always have lovely local IPAs and lagers on tap. The current veggie and vegan pizza residency is great and they make full use of the pub’s built-in wood fired oven. There are ace dogs there sometimes as well Leyland and Pickles. So lucky to have this local gem.
Staff was ok'ish but it is a top notch pub after all. Pizzas are definitely worth it so do order one as soon as you arrive as the kitchen closes early.
This place is the best local. The staff is lovely, really good beers and great food all pretty cheap, what would you want more? Oh, I forget to mention it looks great with good deco, the loveliest dog ever and the music is good!
Popped in with a friend very recently for the first time after moving to the area a few months ago. Great chilled vibe, friendly & very helpful Staff. Will defo be popping in again for a drink, & to try their veggy pizza, especially as my friend is a vegetarian.
Lovely little pub, recently refurbished including new bathrooms and a pizza oven which will be up an running soon. Great atmosphere, great staff, great pub!

Great food, beer & cocktails - Dog friendly and plenty of room too. The staff are super friendly too, so we will definitely be going back
Much improved. Cosy and welcoming with good prices and a log fire.
Pizza needs to be improved very unprofessional and childish staff.
