James and Allison and the whole team were fantastic throughout. We had a great chat with James and were able to sort everything in one easy visit. We were able to negotiate the fees with ease and no awkwardness. It was a great experience. I was updated every step of the way and even with some more challenging issues further down the chain we were able to complete within a good time frame. I highly recommend property centre and will certainly use them again. They were absolutely brilliant. I cannot fault them!

James and his team were very professional and kept us informed with viewing comments and how best to sell our property. Lorna Mills, the sales progressor was great keeping us updated were the sale of the property was at. Would highly recommend them.
Our valuation was carried out by James Ellson, Quedgeley Office, who was down to earth and obviously knew his job well. We felt comfortable with him and his company handling our sale. Viewings were plentiful, and the house was sold within a week. The staff at the Property Centre were helpful, and 'on the ball' at all times. We arranged our own conveyancing, and this proved quite protracted and we had difficulty getting information regarding progress which was very slow, but sales progressor Stephanie Taylor helped us enormously. Stephanie was in continual contact with us and was aware of the lack of information we were getting from our conveyancer, and went out of her way to press them for information regarding this lack of progress, and when it was not forthcoming, went direct to our buyer's solicitor on our behalf. Without this action we would not have made progress. Bearing in mind Stephanie had other customers to assist, she gave us 100% attention. She was dogged and determined on our behalf, whilst being very polite, and gave us the confidence that we were in good hands. Due to the timing of some of her contact with us, we assumed she worked from home - She is certainly not a 9-5er! We are really pleased we chose the Property Centre to sell our house, and thoroughly recommend them.
By far the best Estate Agents I’ve dealt with! Lorna was super helpful. Kept me updated throughout the process and communicated with me regularly. Made a daunting first home purchase stress-free and easy!
Both Lorna and for a brief time Steph, we're very helpful. They never dropped the ball and was very good at dealing with very difficult solicitors.
So to preface this, we now have a long relationship with The Property Centre as far as buying a home goes. We tried purchasing a house through them back in October 2021, had the offer accepted, mortgage in place, survey done etc and then the seller pulled out. We were devastated and out several thousand pounds and as first time buyers this is not the experience we had expected. The Property Centre were very supportive during this time, and we started working together closely to find our next property to try and purchase, we had a small area to look at based on our requirements and a difficult time to buy in any area was made worse by no housing stock coming to market. The team worked tirelessly trying to find us a place, getting us in to properties as soon as humanly possible, constantly keeping us in the loop with potential properties and ensuring that we had the best advice when it came to making offers of our own. I'd specifically like to mention how helpful Lucy, Jackie and Victoria were; they were an absolute God send through this process and were so patient and determined to find us a place and I can happily say we have completed and are in our new home thanks to them. We couldn't be happier and we'll certainly be using their services in the future.
From the initial viewing, to completion, all my questions were answered quickly and professionally and really helped make the whole process stress-free. I'd highly recommend The Property Centre
Absolutely fantastic. All of the staff are friendly & helpful. I dealt with Jackie mainly, who has been absolutely amazing, I am so impressed with Jackie’s communication, her kindness and how she guides you through it. We’ve been updated every couple of days on any changes and it has kept us at ease making the process so far, easy and stress free - something I was extremely concerned about going when selling & buying because we hadn’t had great service previously from a Tuffley based estate agents. Would highly recommend- And Jackie thank you for being so fabulous.
