An exceptional service from an exceptional team at House sales at Gloucester Branch. Viewing with Leanne Briscoe on Friday 26th April. Very friendly, and was helpful and professional when answering all my questions.
We were told by Taylor’s, in writing, certain details that were not correct. This caused delays in the contract starting with the tenant. Therefore , we lost rental income of £400. In addition, the tenants obligations being substandard to what was confirmed by the agent in writing. Therefore this will cost us much more over the term of the contract. Furthermore, there was time wasted due to several mix ups with keys. They do not have a secure key system. Or at least if they do, it is not managed properly. First we were told they didn’t have our keys, when they did. Then, another time, our maintenance guy was sent away with the wrong keys. Finally, when they were dropped back to them, they removed them without our knowledge and gave them to a previous agent nearby. No apology or even answers when I emailed. When I asked about the complaints procedure, no one even asked what problems had occurred , even the regional manager.
Very professional and friendly Agent who took details of anything that needed replacing or repairing in the house. Taylors agency very good service.
I will recommend Taylors Sales and Letting for any first time buyer. After many applications to other companies, they were outstanding in getting a very good deal from lenders and also providing many properties to select from. Sam is very good at this job and has made the process of acquiring my first home easy and seamless.
India couldn't have been more helpful! Excellent communication and efficiency. I found an excellent location and India understood my needs and challenges perfectly. A huge thank you to both India and Taylor's!!
