On behalf on my father I would like to praise Sarah Green. She went above and beyond to ensure the issues with the boiler were resolved quickly. And even checks in weekly since to check he is doing well and kindly laughs at his awful jokes. Her kind soul is a credit to the company and a real pleasure to deal with. Nothing is too much trouble for her. Our experience with CGT has always been good but since having Sarah as our go too, the service has been exceptional.
CGT were amazing from the start with helping us rent a property. Hannah was amazing from the initial house viewing and throughout all of the paperwork and follow up once moved. All communications were quick and informative. We appreciate the small moving in hamper CGT offered as well, it really helps on your first day in a new home.
I am actually shocked at the good reviews this letting agents have. I will be staying far far away. I have never in the 5 years of renting had an issue with an estate agents. I have always got my deposit back as I pride myself on leaving a property better than it was handed over to me in, always knew where I stood, other letting agents have great customer service for the tenants rather than just for the landlords. However, this agents do not. I have wrote them several emails in regards to an overpayment on rent that I’ve made 13 payments in a 12 month period, dates and dates it covers given, a complaint and some charges I have wrongly been given and have not received a response from a single person! They do not listen to what you say, only to what the landlord has to say, my landlord denies ever giving me permission to paint the property and says he’s not happy with it and wants £900 to change it, yet forgets he was not long at the property with the electrician and stated how much he liked the colour! Absolutely disgraceful.
Wonderful support, advice and service from the team at CGT lettings in Cheltenham. They are a fab team and super efficient and welcoming from our initial contact with Sam Trueman, through to the onsite visit from Georgina Eller and ongoing patience and guidance from them both as well as from Michelle Brooks and Julia Vizard. A difficult process made seamless and hassle free thanks to them all
I had a great experience with cgt and Hannah was excellent with my journey house hunting and helping me find my perfect home,my experience was easy and not stressful at all and just how helpful hanmah and the team was with advice and support with all my needs to getting into my new home. I would Highley recommend this office and team and I can't thank hannah enough for her help and I would personally say that she was one of the best agents I've had to date.
Excellent service from CGT Quedgeley, initially from Olivia, who realised we needed a property as soon as possible as our current landlord wanted to sell the house we were in. Olivia and Hannah were both open and honest and very professional. They put the Clients needs first and foremost and we couldn't have asked for a better service. Well done all of you. 5 stars.
We have recently moved into our property and we can't thank Hannah enough, she has been absolutely brilliant and made our move stress-free. She was very professional and polite, no question seemed silly to ask. Our move with CGT has been nothing but positive. The service they provide is outstanding and they have continued this throughout our time with them so far. Thank you so much Hannah for all your help it has been much appreciated.
Absolutely amazing letting agents. I just recently moved into a property managed by them and I couldn't be more pleased. Special thanks to Hannah Rogers who made the experience extra special, normally I find moves to be very nerve wrecking and stressful, but with Hannah it felt like a breeze. We had hiccups along the way, which Hannah dealt with quickly, efficiently and professionally, and we still managed to meet our planned move in date! CGT really goes the extra mile to help you feel at home in your new house, they even gave us a little "welcome home" gift box, which was such a lovely touch. This was an unbeatable experience, thank you Hannah and all staff at CGT!
My encounter with Hannah I felt she had a genuine personality which can’t be faked.I did get several no’s but Hannah gave me hope and informed me of new lettings and she surely did finally get me a house when I almost gave up. Thanks Hannah. Be blessed. Keep up the good work.
Based on Real Story… Poor Customer service, Very Greedy people .. My review based on reality and bad experience with them .very bad customer service , I Promise you TRULY they are cheaters & Blackmailing you as well . Hannah is Good she is very professional, But this company and other team members , Jess Uneducated - Unprofessional don’t have manners, 0 % Customer Service! SHE HANG UP PHONE ON FACE . I don’t recommend at all- Run Very much far away from CGT , this Company is not good . I send 23 emails, and force them to reply me , they don’t Answer my calls , went to office , explain my point and logic show them proof , Talk to Branch Manger as well , Still Everyone ignored me. So Yes they scam me they cheated me . Paid £600 + £1170+ 273£ To go away ! Not happy with these people Behaviour.
