Neal visited my property and provided a valuation which proved insightful. Very friendly, welcoming service and Neal made sure to talk through all our options in detail and answer any questions I had. Highly recommend!
Lara was excellent - kept me fully informed on a regular basis throughout quite a lengthy process and was both cheerful and calming on every call. Highly recommend.
Lara was amazing in supporting us to sell our home. Chasing agents and solicitors and keeping us informed with what's going on every step of the way.
Really a great estate agent. Lovely and easy to talk to. Helped us out so much and any request we had they delivered. Communication was brilliant and even though we didn’t see through with them to the end they offered us help, advice and guidance during a really difficult time for all first time buyers.
Neal was very professional when he came to value our property. His friendly personality made it pleasant experience. Although we are not on the market yet we have to find the right move for us. There’s been no pressure from Neal but his communication is great keeping us up to date with suitable property’s so far.
Absolutely disgusting behaviour from supposed professionals taking greed to a whole new unacceptable level. Was told to "sell myself" and "offer more money for rent" in my application basically saying me and my partner could take a property from a family in need if we could afford to pay more rent than what was being asked. Renting isn't now whether you can afford it or have good credit it's all how low you're willing to bow. Trading standards will be getting called as I have the above on a recording In reply to your reply, this was for rental, not buying, and I am very familiar with anti bribary laws which the request to offer more money for a better chance at getting a house infringes this, and the citizens advice trading standards dept agrees. Aside from that is abhorrent behaviour when people are in need, and by using the word competitive instead of greed driven, does not make it acceptable.

Amazing customer service from Lara . She has been there all the way from beginning to the end of the sale . Always rang to check in weekly and would try and resolve any issues . Would recommend to anyone thinking of buying or selling .
Good professional and friendly estate agents. Response time to enquiries always quick and always happy to help
Neal has been amazing - friendly, reassuring and really helpful. Selling mum's property to pay for care home fees is one of the most stressful things I've ever had to do but Neal has been there every step of the way being supportive and understanding and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.
