Right from the day we visited our new home and put an offer in the staff from Michael Tuck have been amazing. They constantly kept in touch with us with progress and any queries we had were answered promptly. Otis was great at arranging for us to do a second visit and then Charlie worked so hard to ensure the sale went through by ringing us to chase queries or to try to meet deadlines. It got incredibly stressful on the completion day, due to an error by our solicitor but Charlie constantly phoned and chased up the account manager and solicitor until we completed. They have provided an exemplary service and we would thoroughly recommend them.
From start to finish our experience with the guys from Michael Tuck has been flawless. Charlie was amazing throughout, always there when you needed anything, and so speedy, which helped us complete quicker than we expected! Would recommend him and Michael Tuck to anyone wanting nothing but a 5 star service. Over the moon with how effortless and easy the whole process was. We cannot thank him enough. Also a huge thank you to Otis for a very detailed viewing of the house too!
Probably the best estate agent in Gloucester! We’ve moved house many times and used quite a few of them! The service has been exceptional both dealing with our sale and purchase. Otis is very personable and his easy going manner is just what you need when the process gets stressful. Charlie went above and beyond to ensure exchange happened when we needed it to, and he kept chasing throughout the completion day to make sure we got the keys despite problems with a solicitor elsewhere in the chain. Great service, would thoroughly recommend.
This agency are superb at what they do. We cannot recommend Charlie enough for his regular communication and friendliness. The sale was handled professionally from start to finish. We felt kept in the loop at every stage and received updates as to progress. Charlie was really approachable from our first meeting which made us choose the agency, having met with others in the area. He kept everything really straight forward and didn't try to overcomplicate anything. Thanks so much for your work on this!
