Wow we've had 2 viewings with Michael Tuck MT & what a great experience they both were. We're looking to buy a Park Home & we were very impressed with not only booking the viewing but when the viewing happened. Edward from MT showed us around the property & he was absolutely brilliant. Very knowledgeable about the PH itself & the park site. Any question we asked concerning the PH he could answer. Nothing unusual you'd think but we had had viewings where our questions couldn't be answered & not even given any paperwork!. As if buying a PH is less important than buying a brick house. But Edward had full details of the PH & excellent knowledge on the site fees etc. Edward was smashing, very smartly dressed, pointed out bits we would have missed. He also joined in with the 'where will we put all my hubby's book's' convo. . A very professional service from first phone call to showing us around the PH. The service really stood out from the other viewings we had with other agencies. My thoughts if you go with MT for buying or selling you'll get a fabulous service. There are many cliches with the state agents But Michael tucks are different. They are prompt professional and always keep you informed on a regular basis as to how your sale is going. I cannot recommend them enough. Keep up the good work.

I was very happy with Michael Tuck, Edward Vose in particular. He was a very polite, friendly, informative young man when I view two properties with him. Nothing was too much trouble. I didn't feel rushed and he answered every question thsy I asked politely.
Lianne has been an absolute gem from showing me the property I was interested in to closing the deal. Her communication has been prompt, adequate, and very professional. She has such a GREAT personality, hence making it easier to voice my needs and/or concerns. I give Lianne 10 stars/5 for simply being easily accessible on the phone and via email.
