CGT have been very efficient and so helpful during our move. A wonderful lady called Sophie was our main point of contact with the company, and her positive demeans and helpful nature made asking any questions or queries easy and answers with given there and then, or as soon as the information was available. The property is gorgeous, and the few issues we had regarding maintance were sorted quickly and done well!
CGT Lettings was a big help to me and my family, my first point of Contact was with Sophie who had remained helpful and responsive at all time. I was glad to have gotten a new apartment from them why trying to move from the the previous one rented from them. This is why have been recommending friends and family to them. Fantastic service! I am a first time landlord and I had the most amazing service from CGT - nothing was too much trouble, nothing but supportive and always on hand when I had a million questions. The two people I had contact with was Chris and Eme. Chris has been amazing with his knowledge and I felt like he really helped me to understand the process better.
