Peter Grieve, Operations Director at Martin & Co Gloucester, runs a very professional office. His sales and letting teams are very proactive and professional. We have bought a number of properties through Martin & Co. Adam Sambell understands our needs very well and whenever there is an appropriate property comes on the market, he will contact us. All sales matters are handled efficiently. The Lettings team with Ashley and Katie is extremely competent. They handle all our letting properties with efficiencies and our properties are never left empty for long when our tenants want to move on. The back office Admin team is very good as well as they prepare the annual statements for us to file our tax returns. With Martin & Co, we are worry free property buyers and landlords. Highly recommend their services.

Service was excellent. Would definitely recommend. If i had any questions or queries, they would reply to an email straight away. communication was great.

Aweful dishonest people. DO NOT believe good reviews, they are a lie, they are all lined up at the same time when my daughter had major issues with them over a month ago and she raised a formal complaint to their office mentioning others experiences with them. Nothing much was done by them to address their dishonesty not even an apology but to sum it up if you believed the good reviews you should know, A. their fees for letting is over £500. Do you really want to throw that in the garbage, because I would rather do that than dealing with them B. believe me, you will be signing a contract from hell. C. Worse of all, they treat tenants as they are nothing a nobody even if you pay your rent in time. Bottom line... Be careful and read reviews everywhere trustpiolet and allagent are you friends, research well before you sign up to the devil...

Extremely good communication, helpful and friendly staff, who always answered any questions, they provide a very professional and efficient service. So extremely pleased with the student flat, such a good comany, would definitely recommend them.

Friendly staff who were extremely helpful in finding us a fantastic student accommodation rather last minute. Highly recommend, a great company.
