I can thoroughly recommend this letting agency.  We had a fantastic experience when we were looking for a rental property for our Ukrainian guests.  Selina and the team went above and beyond any expectations to help us, through from showing us the property, communicating with us and the landlord, supporting us with the required paperwork, and working towards a suitable moving date for all concerned.  Their approach is very personal but also professional and extremely competent.  Well done Thomas and Thomas, and thank you.

Thomas&Thomas were incredibly welcoming and each member of the team made us feel welcomed into the office when ever we visited. Throughout the sale process there was a clear lead in Sam but the entire team chipped in including the Director, Dan, which made us feel valued during an already exciting journey!  It was clear they had also built a great relationship with the current owners to during their sale process.  A genuine 10/10, a great team.

Thomas and Thomas were brilliant. They guided me through the sale perfectly and kept me informed throughout. As I am moving to Spain in January I needed things to go smoothly and they made sure it did.  I thank all of the team and  am really impressed with their professionalism and excellent customer care.

We recently viewed a property on behalf of a disabled person who was unable to attend the viewing. Selina showed us around and as I was taking photos of the property, informed me that there is a virtual tour that I could share with the tenant. This enabled them to make an informed choice and feel part of the viewing, despite being unable to attend. Selina was very empathetic and liaised with the landlord to explain about the persons needs and specific situation. She managed to put everyone at ease and went over and above to accommodate, including organising an out of our visit. The communication throughout the process was exceptional. I went into the office to collect the keys and the whole atmosphere, friendliness of the team and welcoming environment shone out above all other estate agents that we deal with. Thomas and Thomas have clearly raised the benchmark in the property rental sector and we hope to use them again for all future housing needs in the local area.

I was very impressed with Thomas and Thomas from start to finish.  They marketed the property promptly and generated a lot of interest. They dealt with some difficult negotiations professionally and knowledgeably.  Overall very impressed for a little local estate agent.

Thomas and Thomas were absolutely brilliant at helping let out our property. They conducted thorough searches of all of our potential tenants and kept us extremely informed throughout the process. They were very accommodating as we had to wait for a house sale to go through before we could put the house on the market to let, and were always on the other end of the phone or an email if we needed them. We’ve now been renting out our house for seven months and they consistently deliver outstanding customer service and keep us informed at every opportunity. I couldn’t recommend Thomas and Thomas enough to potential landlords.

I can't fault this company.  I initially dealt with Daniel who came out to see me and after that Casey Lee dealt with everything. Very professional, friendly and helpful
