Extremely bad customer service, in fact none. Whatever you do don't miss an appointment (that you didn't even know about!!), you and your children will be 'released' from the practice without even knowing it! Thank goodness for other practices that actually want to practice dental work rather than spend hours researching and quoting suggested policies, the check up I wanted only takes about 15 mins!
