The staff here always manage to put my daughter at ease. She had her braces fitted yesterday and the dentist talked her through the whole process, explaining what she was doing the whole time. 
We had another member of staff give us all the after care information we needed.
My daughter is very happy with her braces. They look great.

All three of my children had orthodontic treatment here over many years, and I had adult orthodontics as I was so impressed with theirs.  Fantastic results, professional, friendly and helpful staff, especially when some urgent issue arose. Two friends also had adult treatment here after seeing mine and were both delighted. I could not recommend the practice more highly,

I have just finished my treatment and can’t recommend this practice enough! Everyone  was so friendly and my teeth look amazing! Special thanks to the Treatment Coordinators who answered all my questions and showed me all the treatment options that were available, they were so helpful! 😁

I had private treatment and my daughter received NHS treatment at Cotswold Orthodontics and I have to say both treatment processes were great, from the initial contact and making the first appointment all the way through the process.  Everything was explained step by step and all costs etc were made clear from the beginning.  Each appointment suited us and the staff were all welcoming and friendly.  The building is clean and very professional and well maintained.  I cant fault either of our Orthodontic journeys and they were always on hand with any problems or concerns I had.  The professionalism and care was exceptional and I would advise anyone to go along and have a chat either as an adult or if referred as NHS. Fantastic customer service.
