We had a family re-union here in May 2017.  All ages from 9 months in a pushchair to 81 years in a wheelchair. Many stayed in the superb flats, which are comprehensively equipped, spacious and with broad views to the coast.  Catering for the lunch for 35 was cheerful, willing, constantly helpful, and from an excellent if short menu.  The children then maxed out in the pool and gym, before heading to the beach to hire wetsuits and plunge into the surf.  Hot showers on return, big tea and games.  The adults walked the beach and cliffs, found the well-stocked bar, and sat on the terrace gazing at the lovely scenery. Some played golf, others played horticultural experts and admired the grounds which are extensive, with 360 degree view of the 18 hole golf course.  The village of Rock and the ferry across the Camel estuary are not far distant. And the bar supplies the award-winning Camel Valley sparkling wine - "champagne" equivalent - which is tip-top of its kind. I cannot imagine a better place for a big family get-together.

Went swimming here. Lockers take old pound coins. Facilities were OK and clean. There is a steam room, sauna and Jacuzzi next to the swimming pool so it gives parents a chance to relax whilst the children are playing in the pool. Floats available also. Small shop if you forget your goggles or even swimsuit.

Just the best place to rent a house and enjoy all the points facilities. We come every year and love it!
