Such a lovely studio with amazing teachers. They put a focus on the technique and doing the exercises accurately so that you really are getting a targeted and effective workout. The groups are very small up to 2 or 3 max in a class, so they can give maximum attention. I've been coming to this studio regularly and doing classes every week. I must admit the results are amazing! I highly recommend if you want to see quick result.

The classes are fairly small which allows for a more personal feeling. The instructors are attentive and helpful, making me feel very comfortable learning new exercises and pushing myself beyond what I thought was possible. I feel the atmosphere is very welcoming and friendly.

I went to the Pilates Room for about a year and loved the teachers! The teachers are highly skilled and lovely! However, upon training to cancel for over a year now !!, I am deeply angered by their customer service as they keep me on “freeze” and will not let me cancel! The conversation always goes “we have to freeze one more month before we can cancel your membership”, so they have been deducting 5 Pounds per month for over a year now from my account and seem to not let me out of the contract! Very alarming conduct!

I just found out how the management of The Pilates Room, just not let down clients but also haven't pay the salaries to some of the teachers who left. Really appalling! As someone mentioned below they lock you into a contract you will not be able to get away from unless you cancel your credit card, which is terribly inconvenient. After 4 months I am still waiting the refund for the memberships my daughter's and Ithey charged  without consent. They refused to refund the full memberships charged without consent and also refused to allow me to use 5 of the 11 classes I have the right to take once they realise I block my credit card. The only way, Master Card said, would prevent them to carry on charging the membership or Frozen Fee without consent. Also they fail to keep the good teachers. Very, very poor service, just be aware.

Had the most fantastic one to one reformer session recently. It was my first time trying this and my instructor was so professional, calm and made the whole experience. If you haven’t tried - you must! I cannot wait for my next session! Thank you for having me!

Great location in Putney. The instructors are super helpful and not afraid to help correct form during class which is everything when it comes to getting results from Pilates.

I've been coming to the Pilates Room for 4 years now. Judit has taught me for that time. She is a fantastic teacher. I've been practicing pilates for 10 years and she is brilliant! The equipment is great and lovely small class sizes too. High recommended.

I can't recommend enough this Pilates studio. I love the atmosphere and the teaching style.

Avoid!  Incredibly badly run business. They took money from my credit card without permission and then repaid the wrong amount -less of course. Now having to chase and chase in order to get the admittedly small amount outstanding. Not the first financial issue I have had with this company.

I went for teaser session and booked 6 classes straight away. The staff a very friendly and professional. Angela is a great Pilates instructor.
