Absolute Pilates is a boutique fitness studio based in Parsons Green and is fast becoming THE reformer pilates studio of West London!

Specialising in one of the most talked about workouts of the moment-Reformer Pilates! Favoured by celebrities for its rapid and very visible results, Reformer Pilates is a versatile and intense workout involving a Reformer Bed.

Reformer Pilates sculpts the body, increases flexibility and improves muscle tone. The results develop a body which burns fat more easily. Results are visible after your first few lessons and we guarantee you will notice muscles you didnt know existed!

Absolute Pilates Plus also offers a range of cardio workouts to complement the Pilates including Boxing, Kettle Bells, Spinning, and soon TRX! We also offer personal training sessions both on the reformer or in the fitness room. The beautiful studio is based 2 minutes walk from Parsons Green Underground and surrounded by fantastic restaurants and cafes.

Have absolutely loved the reformer classes at the Parsons Green studio. The team are all incredibly friendly, knowledgable and patient! I would highly recommend for both beginners and those more experienced
Lovely experience. Instructors are very friendly and love how they check in on you at the start of the class. I had an issue with my bike this morning and the instructor made me feel calm instantly, followed by a great class which made me feel even better!. Thank you :
Enjoying my 3.5 years at Absolute Studios Parsons Green. Has a variety of class types and instructors, depending on level. Small classes of 10, so can receive advice on technique and getting the most out of the class. My favourite is the Mobility class on Monday evening with Zoe, great for my back pain and a good all body stretch. Can also breathe and relax if had a hard day.
Having tried reformer pilates in many different studios over the years, I can highly recommend the team at Absolute Studios. The instructors are very attentive which is not always the case from other studios I have attended. There is also a great timetable of classes including livestream "reformer on mat" classes and also a nice range of "on demand" videos for home workouts.
Love this studio - bright, airy, spacious, wonderful teachers, every class different and yet always tailored to the individuals needs. Highly recommend.
I love Jemimah's class, and in fact every class at absolute is excellent. All teachers go above and beyond to make you feel safe and like you're pushing yourself too! xxx
Great experience! Lovely skylights, airy and open space with a high ceiling. Unlike other cramped studios, you have lots of space to stretch and breathe here. Very attentive teachers who are super helpful and attentive to prior injuries and post surgery recovery. Highly recommended.
The class I had with Luke today was brilliant. He makes sure that every part of your body is exercised and continually explains in detail how to do each movement. I started the class feeling stiff and in pain and came out feeling stretched and mobile. Can’t wait for my next class with him
Just had my regular Wednesday morning class and it was a new teacher, Jaime. She was excellent. Absolute Studios continue to have the best teachers. Thank you.
Vinny is one of the best teachers. I love his classes - the flow, the detail, the experience he demonstrates of the body and how to get the best out of every movement.
