Highly professional instructors, small groups and personal attention throughout the class. An ideal place for those at foundation level, or for building strength for mobility and joint health. Different levels of classes offered for your pilates journey. 10/10

I attended this studio on and off for approximately one year, and I couldn’t recommend it highly enough. I only stopped attending as I moved to another country, but it was a great studio with all the equipment and professional teachers. Regardless of who you have, all teachers are welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable—special thanks to Lisa.

I feel like I'm regaining control of my body in terms of movement , posture, and pain control following a very difficult few months suffering from a fractured spine, herniated disc, and muscle pain. My osteoporosis threatened to make my life a living hell but I found Melissa and Bonia at the Pilates Clininc in Wimbledon and although it's been 4 sessions only till now but I can feel my body regaining strength and my pain becoming more manageable. I am not a person who likes to exercise, but I find myself looking forward to each session at the clinic. I can't recommend it enough. Their attention to their clients' well-being and medical history,  to paying attention to how much their client can withstand, is incomparable. Well done xx
