As expected, the pies here are great, the crust/pastry is simply excellent with generous fillings. I had a steak and ale pie with some sausages and, to be honest, the sausages really stood out as well. They were crispy on the outside without being burnt or greasy. Really impressive food here and nice service. I am looking forward to trying their other pies.
Neighbourhood gem! Their small salad box is good for a light lunch, great flavours and so so fresh. They also have a counter for hot food and pastries, as well as coffee and sandwiches. Good service.
The Pie Man who has NO PIES about 6 when I went in there 1st thing in morning. Far too worried about being a cafe. Stick to what you know best PIES!!!!!!! Only 3 choices of Pastry pies is not THE PIE MAN. My 1st thoughts is he's trying to grab as much coin before he sells up. A bad way to treat customers. You're good at Pies be 1 or the other.
