Food is slightly better than average but where Nell's excels is in the service. Our slightly overpoached eggs was quickly swapped and they even offered us a free drink for the inconvenience. The staff were very friendly and made us feel very welcome. Very comfy atmosphere for a pit stop or brunch.
Despite it was quite crowded the service was quick. Food was reasonably well presented but nothing out of the ordinary. Staff was friendly and helpful. Full English was filling and a good value for money. Only flaw, there's not really a proper kitchen and so the selection of hot dishes was limited. On the other hand the selection of smoothies and juices is remarkable.
Great for brunch. Quality ingredients , nice staff and great busy ambience. I love the full English breakfast and the vegetable juices.
Nice healthy food but was a little burnt which is not good Please be more careful. Portions are average but great service and amazing location. Highly recommend. I sure will be back. Also friendly
Went for a weekday lunch, and it was pretty busy. The food is gorgeous and generously portioned. Staff were quick and friendly. Coffee was OK, but it's not what they sell themselves on. I sat around for a little while after finishing and that seemed fine too.
Over priced food and non alcoholic drinks. Visited yesterday for lunch; sitting downstairs. Our visit was most uncomfortable as staff were doing a thorough clean around us while we ate. Seemed most annoyed when we asked to use the toilet as it meant they had to stop cleaning to let us us the facilities. Surely cleaning should not be done whilst customers are eating?? Have been here often over the years but will not be returning as prices keep going up and up.................
'The Most Expensive Mushroom In London' Wonderful, friendly waiter from Prague However, when you order brunch - be aware that when you order a side of mushrooms at £2.50 you are given one small field mushroom, am I missing something! When we mentioned this, our waiter got the kitchen to give us one more mushroom each still tiny...The brunches are average - but they need to up the portion sizes for the money they are charging!
Nell's Kitchen is a great venue for breakfast and brunch in particular. Healthy smoothies, healthy, hearty breakfasts. The atmosphere is light and airy. Good prices, especially for this part of London.
Very rude man we ordered a juice and sat outside to drink it and sharply said that next time we can't sit down when we get take away basically we should leave when I just asked for a juice not a take away I would have been more than happy to pay! It was very embarrassing in the manner he said it. Also the juice was below average!
I work near by and althoughy a bit pricey for every day, I really enjoy going there, they don't cease to surprise me. amazing food, cozy, and friendly staff, did I say AMAZING FOOD?
