Overpriced, average food. Overcharged on receipt. £34.00 for a below average breakfast. We asked for a side of "1 egg scrambled" which on the menu was £1, then charged us £5.95. We also asked what was in the fruit bowl and was told berries and kiwi. Fruit bowl arrived 90% apple and orange, no kiwi and about 3 berries. When I queried the bill I was told to read the menu before we order. Won't be going back.
Card outside looked good. Walked in to find a different card inside, still good. Three employees comparable to sloths took a while get our order even though no one was pre occupied, then was asked twice about drinks because he forgot what it was. Iced coffee stood at the counter for a long time because one of the three sloths was doing 6 coffee for the table that came in after us. We got up and left just as he wanted to serve the iced coffee. Bad service.
Horrible food. I feel physically sick. Croissants were disgusting and I'm pretty sure they had been frozen and microwaved. My 5 years old niece makes better eggs Benedict than they do. The hollandaise sauce looks like vomit. Very expensive too.
I order a chicken and bacon sandwich with cheddar. It was cold , the bread was at least 3 days old and so were the chicken and bacon straight from the fridge. Absolutely revolting. I'm surprised it manages to get 4-5 stars ratings. DON'T trust them!
A nice stop-off if you’re in need of a pick-me-up around Kings Road. They have a wide selection of cakes, and all are presented beautifully in a glass cabinet counter. I’ve only been here for a coffee but saw other people eating lunch too and it all looked really good. It is bigger than it looks from the outside with a few more tables just at the back of the café.
Far to over priced considering the terrible level of service. Waited 20 mins to be served and then a further 25 mins for my tea. If I hadn't had to be there I would have left.
This place is do inconsistent. Not one day the same service nor food. However what is consistent is the awful. Coffee
Went back 3 times in 2 weeks because of really cosy atmosphere, but had very disappointing & rude service last time so won't be going there again.
Friendly and nice atmosphere but £3.45 for plain coffee, you're paying for the rent I suppose.
Really enjoyed the cream cheese frosting on the carrot cake. Great hot drinks too.
