The Pet Shed is Brighton's friendliest, independent, locally owned pet shop stocking high quality, natural, affordable pet food and accessories for all your animals.
Our emphasis is on high quality foods containing human grade meat and whole foods (not by products) and natural treats and toys. We stock many of the leading brands and are always happy to source new foods and products. We hold regular claw clipping and micro-chipping events, hold competitions and unique one off events. We also love to support local businesses and stock unique accessories that you will not be able to find anywhere else.

Just been in to find a new dog harness and soft treats, what a lovely welcoming shop. Clean, fresh, bright with really good selections. So lucky to have this on our doorstep, badly caught out trying to get things online, you can’t beat actually seeing things yourself - and friendly informed advice. Not an impersonal warehouse store - and no wait or charge for delivery. Highly recommended.

I love this shop! Hannah is very helpful and knowledgable. We regularly ask advice from Hannah and always buy Riley's kibble and treats from her. For such a small shop it has an incredible range of food, treats, toys and accessories for dogs, cats, birds and other pets. It's fab!

Such lovely staff and they are all so helpful! Thank you for creating such a welcoming environment : I highly recommend!

I love the Pet Shed, the owner Hannah is amazing and very informative, I love her Saturday morning lives which she shows all new products and information, all the staff that work here are amazing, it’s one of the best local pet shops. Always have amazing products and if you are looking something specific which they don’t have, they will always try and get it in. Highly recommend coming here for your pet needs, they have lots for cats and dogs and your little furry animals.  Zoe

This is a wonderful place and I feel very lucky to live close enough for it to be my local pet shop! It is always really well stocked with a very wide range of food, treats, toys, and a whole lot of other things besides. And Hannah could not be more friendly and helpful - nothing ever seems too much trouble and she really does go the extra mile to make sure that you're getting what you want and need here. A fantastic local business: I cannot recommend it highly enough!

Absolutely fantastic, independent pet shop. They only stock products that are quality and healthy for your fluffy friends & have also had some great advice from the owner Hannah. She really knows her stuff and is super friendly. Brilliant!

Super pet shop selling a huge range of things. So much nicer than a chain pet shop!  Hannah's shop is FULL of carefully sourced, unusual  supplies for pets.  She gives excellent advice on the right food for your furry friend.  There's so much in this shop that I don't see anywhere else.  It's easily to park.  She even delivers if needed.  I can't fault the service.  Please go for a look yourself!

Fantastic shop with great selection of products and so lovely to visit as friendly and welcoming and super helpful. Really valuable community store.
