Friendly enough staff and my dog seemed happy enough afterwards. however only half his face was groomed and the other half left. He looks rather funny actually I had to just do it myself once he came back as he could only see out of one eye. Haha. Edit: just want to add that this wouldn't stop me from using them again it was just some missed hair and i imagine it was likely due to my little boy being wriggly
Great place for our dog Nelson, both for grooming him and doing his teeth. Very nice girls working there.
So impressed. Moved to the area and managed to get a last minute appointment on a Saturday. They could not of been friendlier. Listened exactly to my preference for his grooming and delivered this in two hours. No dogs kept in cages which I agree with too. Would highly recommend.
The staff here are so nice and friendly, and super good with the dogs. My two always come out as if they've been to a 5* Spa! I highly recommend.
My dog paddy had an amazing time he is so nervous with everyone by the staff were fantastic with him so friendly , paddy has never been so happy leaving a groomers. highly recommended.

I was absolutely chuffed with the service at Waggie Tails. I was a bit nervous as I didn't know what to expect for my puppy's first groom. I had him back in an hour, and he looked absolutely amazing! Totally useless. Drove all the way there during mid opening hours. Then rang the number stated on the door. No-one answered sigh Have sent them 2 d telephone messages since going through each time to ansafone. No one has rung back!!!! Now given up and gone somewhere else. Maybe they gave gone bust. In which case, a message on the door saying that would be useful
One star is too many!!! I was absolutely appalled by the way I was treated by Waggie Tails staff members. I realised that I had lost my wallet moments before collecting my dog; I apologised and asked if I could pay them back later as this was my 3rd visit. I was refused to collect him without payment, I would never forget my dogs face when I left the shop without him. I run my own business and this situation really wrecked my whole day, in fact I was uncertain whether I would be able to collect my dog today as they close at 5pm, when I called to make arrangements, the tyrant staff member told me that they will send my dog to the local pound if he's not collected. All of this over £28? What a disgraceful establishment who claim to love animals, when really they have absolutely no compassion or sense whatsoever. OMG I only receive a response to my review just 5 months ago and realise no-one else is prepared to put a nice review for them. I am a business owner too and found their response full of lies, firstly that was my third visit I have a bank statement to prove this, I did not use any verbal abuse with anyone, I believe that I am extremely literate and a very good communicator. You begin by explaining that you are in the right and followed correct procedures and then say you sacked the member of staff responsible??? I found your response to be fabricated and contradictory. Why should anyone trust this business?
My dogs of various breeds have been going here since it opened. Rebecca does the best cut and none of the dogs are put in cages. I would highly recommend Waggie Tails to anyone.
