Always an excellent service in this store, everyone is so helpful and very friendly! You can see that they have the best interest of you pet in mind and all the staff goes above and beyond to help and make your shopping very amazing experience! Fantastic place. Super friendly staff. Everyone is so knowledgeable and they made me feel welcomed. The groomer guy is a truly fantastic person and great at what they do. Will come again Five stars
I honestly thought this was this best place to go until today when the only groomer there had to be called by other staff because his wordsclipping dogs nails messes up his days didn't put my dog in neck restraint I did and held him whilst hearing a dog reacting in back room I asked wat dog was it he said cockapoo I said awe there so cute he said that's wat they mean to me complaining of the crying and barking groomer also said this needs to be quick can't cut them much because these mess up my day .. I'm holding my dogs head who o was quiet and didn't react I mentioned the girl again who usually does my dogs nails he said she gave her notice a month ago now I said such a shame she was good with him ..if someone chooses to work with animals please make sure even under pressure u will still love animals especially if it's Ur job the shop staff are also lovely like the former groomer but after today's experience I will be finding better I hope you will too

Great little family-owned business with everything you need for your fur babies and more! The really friendly and helpful staff were more than happy to help and advise about the best choice of products for your Pets.
At the back of the Sainsbury's Local car park is a pet shop you might not have known was there. A nice understated unassuming entryway in weathered wood, the modern automatic door swooshes aside to let you in. And it's massive in there, Tardis-like for all the nerds. Aisles of every type of thing for every type of pet. Even a little fence area that I hope is for tortoises or bunnies not llamas and camels. There's a super modern looking grooming salon parked off in its own special pod. Friendly knowledgeable staff, happy to help and reach for the high things for you. Pretty sure that it's a pet accessories shop and NOT a pet shop.
This is a really friendly local Pets Corner store in Preston Road, Brighton. The staff that work there are highly knowledgeable and very chatty!! Good quality cat brands are sold there.
Good choice of food + accessories for all domestic pets. Very helpful staff, pleasant to deal with and very knowledgeable. Nothing is too much trouble. Highly recommended.
First time visit today. Fantastic store. Terrific selection of food treats,toys and beds,and dog coats. Lovely place to shop for fur babies. Also well stocked for other pets,e.g. reptiles.
