Wonderful professional friendly service. I was looking for a hamster cage & was offered excellent advice and shown options and I left reassured and happy with my purchase They obviously really care about animals. I would highly recommend.

It was the second time visiting this particular store and the staff in there are so helpful and knowledgeable about hamsters and their care. We just purchased a hamster for our sons 9th birthday and it is great to have them there to support us to keep him healthy and help us to enjoy him to the maximum! thank you

I regularly shop here and am constantly given new ideas on how to keep my hamster happy! I was even recommended products I wouldn't have associated to get for him - my favourite being a duet filled coconut that he gets a spoonful of once a week. He is spoilt rotten now and I am always in the store. Katie and Kat are the hamster gurus :)

Have always had a good service here. Staff are approachable, knowledgable and keen to help. Offer support without being pushy.

A massive thank you to the staff especially Kayleigh who was in for the day from Shoreham branch who spent time with us talking about my Am-Bulls diet he's now a happy bouncy boy no more upset stomach, thank you x
