Absolutely excellent family-run business. Knowledgeable, friendly staff which includes the lovely delivery driver, Dave. Competitive prices and good range of stock. I have been going there for 20+ yrs and it endures because it's super!

Great store, has everything for pets, wonderful service.  And the prices are very good too.  I recommend it and I will buy there again.

We go to Coombs alot and normally a lovely experience. The lovely man behind the till was so helpful but when with my partner she was asking after boots and the shop assistant tall bald guy asked for her number to let her know when they’re in stock. And as a lesbian couple found it disrespectful and inappropriate.

Been a customer for years.  Super friendly staff,  a really wide range of products,  and they offer delivery too. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

I've always loved this pet shop. Staff are knowledgeable, kind and I'm never rushed when asking advice on anything from worming to harnesses.

Great customer service. Got some support on which dog food to get for my chihuahua who is 10 years old and prefers small kibble. Great selection and range of products.

A Coombs has a very knowledgeable staff. We love that they deliver on purchases over 30£ so we don’t have to lug our dogs food. They recently helped us special order a dog bed and it came even quicker than they estimated and also was delivered.
