Was ok. Nothing jumped out at me that I would had bought 4 myself. Just got 2 tops that was reduced 4 my baby girl
Great value excellent customer service from the lady who served me, also received a £5 off voucher towards the final cost.
The staff here as so friendly and helpful, ended having a chat during checkout about cats... Just so personable. Bit of a shame about the leaks and bits of the roof missing meaning parts of the store were condoned off with stock and tape but asides that. Deserving of the rating

Good shop, can find lots of items on sale
Manager needs to go on people skills training. Been in twice in the last month and served both times by him.....not once greeted with a smile/good morning, made a point of saying it twice to him before he looked up at me. Made to feel like an inconvenience, no conversation and no thankyou. Manners cost nothing and with the death of the high street you would think every customer would matter and be treated accordingly. My one star is for the welcome from assistant at front of store.....what a difference from her manager. Not a pleasant shopping experience.

I always find what I want when I go to the store, and am happy with the prices.
I have vowed never to go back to Peacocks since they changed their returns policy to 14 days. What do you do if you are going on holiday for 2 weeks. I bought a top on a size 18 hanger. Whilst I was away I discovered it was only a 12. I took it back to the store for a straight exchange but the manager refused. I would have thought she could have used her discretion but 'no'. I didn't even want my money back.
Good selection mens clothing at reasonable prices
