Beautiful hotel! Great management, charming location and fantastic breakfast. The price was way less than what you'd expect and the free wifi and car park are an added bonus. Will stay again!

A nice place with good food and helpful friendly staff.

Checked in late afternoon,  given our key and directed to our room which was in the next door building,  literally 5m away so not a problem at all. 
The room was compact,  there is a TV,  tea/coffee facilities,  bath/shower room, a single seat and the double bed. 
The bed was the comfiest bed we have slept in at a hotel,  it was brilliant,  the duvet was soft too. 
Breakfast had plenty of choices to have,  the pancakes were great.  
Check out is very accommodating as it is 11am and it was easy to do so. 
Overall this is a lovely hotel and we would recommend and stay here again.

Excellent hotel, and in a very handy area just outside Preston. Great rooms and a lovely breakfast makes a stay here well worth it.
