It’s really good when we find a lovely restaurant that really serves VEGAN food and tastes awesome. A treat for my 65th Birthday and my partner Louise as Louise is the one that’s Vegan. The Christmas Menus are out with excellent prices We will definitely be going again and that’s the first time Louise has agreed!! Highly Recommended

Excellent value for a 2 course meal but the desserts were a bit on the pricey side. Good choice of mains but only 3 starters. The food was very nice, hot and lovely service. Would recommend. Vegetarian options: Veg choice on menu Kid-friendliness: Can't remember whether there was a children's menu. Parking: Big car park so no problem parking. Wheelchair accessibility: Book a table on the ground floor. Dietary restrictions: You can advise them if you have any dietary requirements and they will sort this for you.
Visited Christmas Eve for the Christmas menu and I must say I was shocked by the food quality and quantity. The food was basic for what I’ve experienced at the owls before. The drinks service was poor not much choice, no cocktails or even Virgin cocktails which most places we visit have. We was served by a lady who didn’t really know or understand the menu. I don’t think we would visit again.
Very good, even better than it used to be before Covid. Price has increased but quality and amount on plate also. No it's not Michelin starred but the standard is very good and more for the type of food on offer as it always was. Family visited regularly in the past and will do so again as ' times hopefully improve' in future
We visited this place recently and I was honestly amazed how everything was on point. When we arrived the building its self is Beautiful along with the land on which it sits on. We arrived early but they still didn't keep us waiting and provided us a table in no time at all. We had eaten the starter and main within 40 minutes of arrival they were very efficient, hats off to the staff they really do a brilliant job, I would recommend this place for Christmas I bet it would be quite dreamy. Thankyou very much for a lovely time
Loved the place. Great food. Staff very friendly. Service was fast and did i say the food was fantastic. Next time we come back to the UK we will be stopping in for a meal.Food: 5/5
Lovely evening at The Owls. Relaxed atmosphere in the lovely bar area where we had a couple of drinks and then lovely food in the restaurant. Quick service and friendly staff. Food was tasty and good portions, couldn't fault it. Lovely atmosphere. Would definitely return.
The food was good. At two courses for £11.50 you don't expect a Michelin star restaurant. Good value for money. Excellent service and lovely atmosphere.Food: 4/5
We have been wanting to go The Owls for a while now, and with the restrictions loosening it was time to pay The Owls a visit. On arrival the pub/restaurant is very nice, beautiful old wooden beams, very tastefully decorated. All seemed perfect for a great meal. The meals...well not the best to be honest, I think Chef has more of a talent in food presentation the actually quality of food. It was a meal than you would say was ok but not on the list of we will visit again. Its a shame really beautiful place just the meal ok But nevertheless, if you want a drink and quick bite if eat and you get the weather then go for it, but be warned if you want a full meal, nice to look at just ok to eat.
