nice pub in a very nice location. nice big outside seating area along the canal. hope it survives the corona crisis. nice village too.
This place has a certain style. Festivals twice a year see photo for this November. Limited draught cider but great ale. Didn't eat here but it looked good from afar. Right on the Leeds Liverpool Canal
A Brit stop stay over in our motorhome next to the canal. Great location for a drink sitting along the canal. Very traditional pub.. unusual these days of gastro pubs. Had a delicious steak and ale pie .
Very picturesque location peaceful, large carpark right on canal lovely walks stayed in MH excellent food great service all safety precautions in place, hope to return soon all being well.
I just called in to find out about booking lunch for another Sunday but it looks a pleasant country pub by a quiet section of the Leeds Liverpool Canal.
Great service, great food and drinks. Make sure to pop along if in the local area or passing by along the canal
