Had a lovely lunch and catch up with friend , food very good , steak cooked to specification , buttermilk chicken goujons extremely nice , staff friendly , coffee good ,extra milk given with no fuss , well done to the White Horse
Friendly atmosphere, nice music, just a very chill place to kick back and relax. Didn't have any food so can't judge there but booze very reasonably priced. Could be a bit tidier chairs haphazardly strewn, tables not cleaned
Food was ok just not value for money ordered kids a garlic bread starter and they got a slice of a baguette each prob was lidl value garlic bread that cost 39 p for a full baguette when their main course came they got a tiny portion of food they left still hungry after their meal other than that it was fine.
Typical Wetherspoons, waitresses need to deliver cooked food quicker as was lukewarm on arrival. Failure to follow up to ask if OK.

No good, went for lunch only to be told no good, no staff. So why did they have all the menu's out. Very disappointed.
Canned soup, pies and chips, some up the cuisine! Moderate selection of beers, wines and spirits, but it is probably the cheapest boozer in Wigan town centre!
I had a meal here and i was served my food in a tin plate that u wud normally put in oven then I noticed there was died flys all over window sill
Great old fashioned pub.Good beer aswell and cask ales.
Always liked this pub nice staff and friendly locals
