Good Hotel , clean and quiet. Owners are very helpful and staff is well trained and friendly. Rooms have TV, Iron etc. like all a hotel like facilities. Bed linen changed regularly. Owners would provide additional assistance as required. Food has vegetarian options as well. Barr is compact but great for spending time with friends. Snooker and Darts competitions are held usually.

This is not a hotel. Be clear about that from the outset. 

This is a bar in a council estate that has rooms upstairs. Nothing more. 

The rooms look like they haven't been modernised since 1978. The TV is about the size of an iPad, the curtains block out about as much light as a newspaper held up to the window, and the clientele look like they are doing community service away from home. 

If you can negotiate B&B for less than £15 - go for it. Otherwise, I'd stay at home - or dig deeper & stay in a proper hotel.
